A Natural Pearl and Diamond Necklace, circa 1920
The three strands comprising 197 pearls graduated from 7.2 mm to 4.3 mm, and joined to an oval clasp pavé-set with old European and old mine-cut diamonds, mounted in platinum, length 16 1/2 ins With report 17155940 dated 11 April 2008 from the Gemological Institute of America stating that 190 are natural saltwater pearls and 7 are cultured pearls
