Bidding in our Important Jewels auction begins on June 15 at 11:00 AM EST, and the closing process begins
one week later on Wednesday, June 22 at 1:00 PM EST.

Lots will be closing with 45 second intervals and If there is a bid placed in the last 10 minutes of the closing time, bidding will be extended to 10 minutes for that lot. Therefore, lots may not close in numerical order.

Desirable larger diamonds include a 10.84 carat round, a 6.20 carat emerald-cut by the notable maker Raymond Yard and an old mine-cut weighing 5.15 carats.

Beautiful coloured gemstones include emeralds certified as Colombian and set in a stunning Art Deco pendant and a ring by Ellis Bros.; a very fine ruby weighing 4.18 carats certified by GIA as Burma (Myanmar); a bold ring featuring a sapphire weighing approximately 20.00 carats and a “Cornflower Blue” sapphire weighing over 11 carats, each certified as Ceylon (Sri Lanka).

Collectors of period jewellery have a vast array of brooches, necklaces, bracelets and rings from the Antique, Art Deco and Retro eras. An extensive selection of Lalaounis gold items references the history of Antiquity.

Antique pocket watch collectors will be thrilled by a Minute Repeater with Chronograph, Calendar & Moon Phase or an extremely fine antique pocket watch by Vacheron Constantin, elaborately decorated with blue enamel and gold motifs.
