Lot 360: An Emerald, Diamond, Cultured Pearl and Platinum Necklace, Primavesi & Kaufmann

The triple strands comprising 162 cultured pearls measuring 6.0-6.5 mm, joined to a large floral clasp featuring an oval emerald weighing approximately 3.30 carats, amid round and marquise-cut diamonds weighing approximately 4.00 carats, in platinum, with original box, length 14 3/4 inches

Marks: Plat, trademark for Primavesi & Kaufmann
Cultured pearls of a medium strong cream colour, medium bright lustre, pink and green overtones, smooth surface, round shape, good matching
Emerald measuring 11.57 x 8.95 x 5.70 mm, of a medium light cream colour, moderately included. It is Dupuis' opinion that features found in this emerald are consistent with features found in emeralds known to have originated in Colombia
Diamonds G-H colour, VS-SI clarity
