In good overall condition, with minor surface scratches on the gold, the back of one cufflink dented. Rubies, of a medium tone of intense pinkish red colour, lightly to moderately included, it is Dupuis' opinion that there is no indication of heat treatment. It is Dupuis' opinion that features found in the rubies are consistent with features found in rubies known to have originated in Myanmar (Burma). One pearl has been replaced with an imitation pearl.
