In good condition with noticeable surface wear on the shank, in need of replating. Originally in yellow gold, was rhodium plated for a white appearance - will require the occasional replating to maintain white appearance. The sapphires of a medium tone of strong blue colour, good clarity, good matching. The diamonds H-I colour, I clarity.
