Decorated to the openwork top and centering a rectangular yellow sapphire weighing approximately 10.00 carats, between a pair of cushion-shaped sapphires together weighing approximately 7.25 carats, within a ground accented by overlapping curving lines of graduated round diamonds, to the oval hinged hoop pierced with scrolls and foliate motifs, mounted in platinum and 14k gold, inner circumference 6 3/4 ins

-yellow sapphire: bright, light yellow, moderately included
- blue sapphires: light, very slightly violetish blue, noticeably included
-in Dupuis' opinion the sapphires are showing characteristics consistent with sapphires originating from Sri Lanka (Ceylon). No indications of heating
-approx diamond weight 2.50 cts, GHI/VS-SI
-in good condition with normal wear
