Of flaring motif, suspending a cultured pearl measuring 11.8 mm and 12.2 mm, featuring a pear-shaped sapphire, together weighing approximately 6.00 carats, and accented by round and baguette-cut diamonds totalling approximately 3.50 carats, mounted in 18k gold, the cultured pearls removable

Dimensions: 47mm high, 23mm wide
Sapphires: A medium dark tone of intense blue, well matched.
Cultured pearls: Semi-baroque, light cream colour, slight green overtones.
In good condition, with minor wear.
