The reeded rectangular case centering a bezel channel decorated with a row of onyx and citrine cabochons, accented by tiny rose-cut diamond terminals, further embellished on the front and reverse by triangular panels with black enamel lotus, scrolls and fleur-de-lys motifs, facetted onyx thumbpiece, opening to reveal a mirror and three hinged covered compartments for powder, rouge and a lipstick holder, in 14k pink gold, signed Cartier and numbered 1621

Good overall condition with a few dents on the back case and one at a corner, the push button and hinge spring still strong, and closing well
