The blossom with a trio of petals and a small diamond centre, set with an old pear-shaped diamond weighing approximately 1.80 carats, and a pair of pear-shaped rubies weighing approximately 2.85 carats, to an elongated knife-edge stem, accented by a petite curling trefoil motif and terminal set with old mine-cut diamonds, mounted in 14k gold, with fitted box, Russian assay marks
With report CS1079755 dated 17 November 2016 from the American Gemological Laboratories stating country of origin of the rubies as Burma (Myanmar) with no evidence of heat or clarity enhancement

Rubies: A medium tone of intense pinkish red colour, one with chips at the girdle
