The openwork plaque designed with a wide asymmetrical cartouche trellis and garland, decorated by a bezel-set rectangular emerald amid a latticework ground surrounded by scrolls, and suspending a floral festoon with a pearl drop, accented throughout with old-cut diamonds, mounted in platinum and 18k gold, pearl not tested for natural origin

Dimensions: 2 3/8inches (6cm) high, 2 inches (5cm) wide
Weight: 13.4 grams
Emerald: estimated 0.60 carat, a medium light tone of green colour
Pearl 5.50 x 5.10mm, medium cream colour, bright lustre, oval shape
Diamonds: Total estimated weight 1.25 carats, rose cut and old European cut, H-K colour, SI1-I1 clarity
