The wide pierced band of lacy motif centering an emerald-cut emerald weighing approximately 1.05 carats, between shoulders accented by round diamonds, mounted in 18k white and yellow gold, signed M. Buccellati

The house of Buccellati is famous for the distinct texturing and finishes on the precious metal of their work. Jewels signed by Mario Buccellati, the founder of the House of Buccellati, are among the most collectible and desired of twentieth century jewels.
Emerald: A medium tone of intense green colour. It is Dupuis' opinion that features found in the emerald are consistent with features found in emeralds known to have originated in Colombia
Diamonds: six on either side, total estimated weight 0.44ct, G-H colour, VS clarity
