Elongated drop 29.20 x 17.55 x 13.15 mm, of a medium tone of uniform green colour, noticeably included. It is Dupuis' opinion that features found in the emerald are consistent with features found in emeralds known to have originated in Colombia
The brooch surmount can be worn separately and each individual pendant drop can be suspended from the brooch with or without the use of the dainty bow motif
Good condition
These jewels were described by the consignor as having a family history with heritage connected to Hungarian nobility, by descent. The consignor has stated that these antique jewels belonged to Countess Maria Andrassy Kresna Horka of Hungary. While we do not have any provenance to draw the connection, the jewels are antique, beautiful, and make a wonderful statement.
