Centering an emerald-cut peridot weighing approximately 5.00 carats, amid meandering red enamel scrolls accented by old-cut diamonds, suspending a pearl (not tested for natural origin) and a pear-shaped ruby, mounted in silver and 18k gold

Dimensions: 24 x 44 mm
Weight: 9.4 grams
Diamonds total estimated weight: 0.65 carat
Peridot: A medium tone of yellowish green colour
Pearl: baroque shape, 6.5 x 6.1 x 4.7 mm
Good condition overall with moderate wear as expected from age, with areas of enamel loss, the peridot with abrasions to facet edges
