The strap of openwork leaf-motif linking set with round rubies weighing approximately 2.00 carats, in 9k gold, with English hallmarks for London dating 1959, length 6 1/2 inches

Dimensions: 12 mm wide
Rubies: A medium tone of intense pinkish red colour, good matching. It is Dupuis' opinion that there is no evidence of heat treatment. It is Dupuis' opinion that the features found in the rubies are consistent with features found in rubies known to have originated in Myanmar (formerly Burma). The 8th stone from the tongue end of the clasp is identified as a simulated ruby
Sits a bit like a bangle on the wrist
