The elaborate fringe composed of a series of rose-cut diamond plaques reversing to floral and foliate polychrome enamel, accented by graduated cabochon red spinel beads, small pearls and tiny red glass beads, joined to a long woven cord, mounted in pitch-filled 22k gold, adjustable length

Weight: 174.2 grams
The Mughal style jewel set is made in a traditional style, it is set with diamonds on the front, and is enamelled in red, green and white on the back and sides.
Diamonds: Total estimated weight, 8.00 carats, of I-L colour, VS2-I1 clarity
Pearls measuring 4.0-5.0mm in diameter, light to medium cream colour, medium lustre, mixed faint overtones, baroque shape
Red spinels: A medium tone of slightly pinkish red colour, good matching
The cord and tassel are not gold.
Likely dates from the second half of the 20th Century
Good overall condition, a few red glass beads deficient
