The elaborate pendant and bail, designed as a highly sculpted polychrome enamel triptych, central panel depicting Diana, the huntress with a horn, hound and stag, side panels with male and female figures, entirely framed by scrollwork, foliate and floral details, accented throughout with garnets, beryls and pearls, supporting an articulated fringe trio of drop pearls (not tested for natural origin), ornate acanthus leaf chasing on the reverse, mounted in silver, late 19th century
