in the Renaissance revival style, centering an old mine-cut diamond weighing approximately 1.95 carats, accented by smaller diamonds, carre-set upon a lozenge-shaped white enamelled plaque enhanced by scrolling gold inlay and a pair of black enamel fleur-de-lis, the frame embellished to the cardinal points with diamond quatrefoil motifs, edged with pearls and suspending a pearl drop (pearls not tested for natural), to an enamelled gallery and verso, in 18k gold
