Presented by Queen Victoria to her loyal courtier and companion, Harriet Lepel Phipps; the brooch depicting a bugle, suspending a Royal flag decorated with red and white enamel, with applied rose-cut diamond monogram VR, Victoria Regina

• Length 1 1/2 inches (66 mm)
• With fitted box stamped: R&S Garrard & Co. Goldsmith & Jewellers to the Crown 25 Haymarket London
• In 18k gold

In good overall condition with noticeable enamel loss. The reverse inscribed: Jubilee Day. H.L. Phipps from the Queen. R. No. 564.89. No Garrard signature on the brooch.
