Centering a circular Arts and Crafts bronze plaque with blue and green enamel

• Diameter 1 5/8 inches (40 mm)
• Frame signed Toni Cavelti
• Frame in sterling silver

The silver frame by Cavelti is in good condition, with an attractive antiqued patina. The central bronze plaque, circa mid to late 19th Century, is heavily worn, with most of the enamel missing.
